Product Description

QBK pneumatic diaphragm pump can pumping fluid and other medium which is not easy to flow. QBK pneumatic diaphragm pump has the features of self-priming pump, submersible pump, shield pump, slurry pump and impurity pump conveying etc machineries.

QBK pneumatic diaphragm pump is without rotating parts, no shaft seal, the diaphragm separates the pumped medium and the working parts of the pump for no leakage. So QBY pneumatic diaphragm pump is suitable to convey highly toxic, flammable and explosive, such as strong acid, strong alkali, strong corrosion etc medium.

The pump has many advantages such as simple structure, less wearing parts, convenient installation and maintenance.

Suction height is up 5meters. Head:70m, Discharging pressure: 7Bar

The pumped medium can be with solid grain or fiber impurity of 10mm diameter.

Air operated diaphragm pump is also suitable to transfer the medium with high viscosity.(Below 10000CPS.)
