ZWL Self priming non clogging sewage pump

ZWL self-priming sewage pump set is for the structure of closed coupling. The pump is directly connected with the motor. ZWL self priming pump is for non-clogging sewage drainage pump. It need not the bottom valve like a general self-priming water pump. The pump is used to pump the wastewater or waste liquids which contain a lot of sediment particle or solid block or fiber impurities etc. It is for sewage waste treatment and all engineering material, completely relieve labor intensity of workers and has the features of easy installation, little maintenance, stable performance etc.

ZWL self-priming sewage pump has the new structure of the axial back flow outer mixing type. Through the unique design of the pump body and flow channel of impeller, the pump do not need to install the bottom valve like the general self-priming centrifugal pump and can pump the wastewater or waste liquids which contain larger particles ,solid and long fiber etc impurities.

ZWL self-priming pump can be widely used in municipal drainage project, the breeding in rive or pool, light industry, papermaking, textile, food, chemical, electric power, chemical media as fiber, paste and mixed suspension etc impurity wastewater treatment pump. 

Compared with similar domestic products, the self-priming non-clogging sewage pump adopts the direct connection structure and has the features of simple and compact structure, less vibration, good self-priming performance, strong sewage discharge capacity, high efficiency, energy saving, convenient maintenance, etc.

ZWL direct connection self-priming non-clogging sewage pump service conditions:

1. ambient humidity 50℃, medium temperature 80℃ special requirements up to 200℃.

2. PH value of medium: cast iron is 6-9 and stainless steel is 2-13.

3. Medium weight shall not exceed 1240 kg/m3.

4. The height of self suction shall not exceed the prescribed value of 4.5-5.5 meters, and the length of suction tube shall be 10 meters.

5. The diameter of the suspended particles is 60% of the diameter of the pump, and the length of the fiber is 5 times of the diameter of the pump.
