It must be started at low speed without load until the system is completely emptied. | 2、When parked for a long time, the oil can be discharged from the shell through the working pipeline. When restarting, enough oil should be injected into the shell. | 3、The minimum oil suction pressure of the nozzle S shall not be reduced to less than 0.8 bar. Installation location | 4、The axis is horizontal to the bottom. When mounting on the tank, the installation position of "axis level, suction port facing bottom" is not allowed; Installation below tank level; Pump position below minimum oil level in tank (standard). | 5、Fill the axial plunger pump before starting through the highest position of the shell outlet. Suggestion: Filling suction pipeline Low-speed running pump (ignition speed) until the pump system is fully filled; The lowest immersion depth of suction or drain pipelines in the tank is 200 mm (relative to the lowest oil level in the tank). | |||||
