Working Principle

Driven by the motor, the moving jaw reciprocates according to the given trail through eccentric shaft stimulated by V-belt, sheave and belt pulley. Materials are crushed inside the crushing chamber made up of fixed jaw plate, moving jaw plate and side guard board and will be discharged from the lower discharging outlet.

1. PE jaw crusher cannot be fed with materials until the crusher runs orderly.

2. Materials to be crushed must be fed into the crushing chamber evenly to avoid the side feeding or piling feeding leading to unilateral overload or carrying overload.

3. When it runs orderly, the temperature of the bearing should not exceed 30℃. The highest temperature shouldn’t exceed 70℃. The machine must be turned off instantly to check when it exceeds the above-mentioned temperature.

4. Feeding must be firstly stopped and the power can be turned off after all materials in the crushing chamber are completely discharged.

5. In the course of crushing, the power must be turned off if there is any blockage of materials in the crushing chamber that leads to breakdown of the machine. It can be restarted after clearing the materials in the crushing chamber.

6.The other end of the jaw plate is usable after the abrasion of one end.

7. After being used for some time, the loose bushing must be fixed in order not to damage the machine.
