Main components of the production line:

Straight wall tube production line is composed of vacuum suction machine, hopper dryer, single screw extruder, vacuum sizing box, tractor, cutting machine, turnover rack and so on.

Single screw extruder and tractor adopt ac frequency control device, vacuum pump and traction motor adopt high quality products.

According to the diameter of the pipe, the tractor has two claws, three claws, four claws, six claws, eight claws, ten claws, twelve claws and other traction.

Cutting mode can choose no chip cutting, saw blade cutting or planetary cutting, the performance of the unit is reliable and the production efficiency is high.

The planetary cutting machine adopts fully automatic computer numerical control, which has the advantages of easy operation and reliable performance, reaching the international leading level.

The production line can change the wall thickness and extrusion method according to customers to produce different USES of the pipe.

The production line is mainly composed of control system, extruder, die head, sizing system, traction cutting device, printer, turnover rack or winding machine.

The die of the machine head is screw head, the material rack is fully superimposed on each other, and the internal pressure distribution is more even.

Special vacuum sizing and spray cooling system: vacuum sizing box for two sections, perfect water temperature, water level and flow control to ensure high quality pipe production.

The production line is slightly changed with different molds, screws and auxiliary equipment, which can produce PE,ABS, PE, PT, PEX pipes and plastic composite pipes of two different materials.

High - grade machine adopts PLC and large color display screen control system, high degree of automation.
