Product Description
Sound proof plastic film crusher shredder
Optimized with full-closed soundproof structure, it ensures the low noise level under operation.
Equipped with current relay, motor overload protector and multiple safety devices, to ensure safe operation.
The cutters are made of high quality steel featuring wearability and high rigidity.
Dust cyclone separator can effectively remove the air from regrind and facilitates material collecting.
The optional dust collector makes easy cleaning and deduce the pollution caused.
Conveying system is optional to enhance efficiency of feeding.
Granulators up from 30HP are applied with chamber cooling, which can lower the chamber temperature and prevent material from melting-up.
XC-GJ500(11KW or over) is applied with a booster cylinder to assist the opening and closing of the hopper. It's man-power saving.
The Cyclone dust separator is optional.
Within 400 installed wheel,above 500 installed rubber anti vibration mounts,can reduce vibration when machine is working
