 This vertical automatic flat press insulating glass production line is a completely automatic insulating glass line. It comprises of the stainless steel washing machine, manual frame mounting station, automatic assembly, automatic flat press, and automatic tilting and shifting table. This vertical insulating glass production line is constructed in modular design to enable smooth adaptation of a higher degree of automation.

4. This automatic insulating glass line adopts the electricity saving pattern. When the conveyor puts in the glass automatically, it doesn’t have the glass time delay because of automatic shut-off, and saves the power consumption.

5. Air blower of this vertical insulating glass production line adopts time delay starter, effectively avoiding the initial firing current oversized phenomenon.
