Features

1. The automatic flat press production line is equipped with touching screen system with PLC, so it can monitor the working situation and problems.

2. The work frame of this insulating glass line is welded by high strength rectangle tube. It passes several strength calculation and load bearing strength analysis. The work frame will be spray-painted after artificial aging treatment with acid cleaning and phosphorylation.

3. IGV22-S automatic flat press production line features high-strength, high-accuracy and long-working time. The back plate of conveyor section made up of carbon steel plate is treated with laser cutting and CNC bending. 

4. Washing and dry section of this insulating glass line adopts stainless steel totally, which prevents effectively cleaning part from rusting. The mode of external wind of fan makes sure the inside cleanness and better effect of glass washing.

5. The control system wires of the automatic flat press production line are controlled by 24V. We import low voltage electrical components and sensor. PLC can control the total machine automatically with high degree of automation. The function of multi-section frequency control and multi-speed optimizing is uniquely designed by our company.

6. Tri-axis CNC servo system is adopted by this insulating glass line. We can process big and small glass, coated glass, low-e glass, triple glass, and so on.

7. The automatic flat press production line adopts imported pneumatic components with long working time and easy maintenance. It realizes filtering water and dropping water automatically and automatic lubrication.

8. Each transport has shields, which is safer when workers checking and operating.
