Working procedure

1. Coat the cold glue on the cladding material by glue roller

2. Heat the base material with cladding material on the drying tunnel, heating temperature is 40~~60℃

3. Make the cladding materials stick on the base material tightly by compression rollers.

Base material requirement: must be regular line profiles,which are allowable with grooves, curved surface . good pressure resistance is necessary ; and base material length should be more than 40mm.

Available cladding material: Pvc decorative film, decorative paper, solid wood veneer, Boeing board, composite aluminum film,etc.

Advantages: 1)Low cost in liquid glue and pvc film (cladding materials)  2) Machine price is economic , and wrapping speed is faster.

Disadvantage: 1)When heating on drying tunnel , Volatilization of glue is unfavorable to environmental protection.  2)It will take much longer time(about 48hours) to wait after wrapping .
