Features

1. Using the embedded computer, imports of industrial PC, 12.1 -inch LCD touch screen, man-machine dialogue interface friendly, test operation is convenient.

2. Uses the single chip computer and intelligent control technology, in the process of distillation test, distillate of warming and cooling liquid level tracking, distillation rate control, recycling liquid product control, temperature records, test results, print, etc., all done automatically.

3. Real-time display the steam temperature, heater temperature, test the whole process of three distillation rate curve, it can judge whether related indexes accord with test standard requirements.

4. Imported compressor, imported high temperature detection sensor, automatic segmentation step level tracking system and other key components and devices, test results are accurate and reliable, and good repeatability.

5. According to user needs, and the test sample, add the applicable standards and distillation process, and can be invoked at any time.

6. With functions of atmospheric pressure automatic detection, automatic pressure correction, the test result is not affected by climate change.

7. After the test, input residues can be automatically calculated evaporation temperature.

8. Cold bath in filling antifreeze, built-in circulating stirring, equipped with liquid level sensor and overflow pipe, maintain normal water level in the bath.

9. Equipped with flame detector, with functions of automatic fire extinguishing, ensuring the security of the instrument.
