Brief introduction

Is suitable for the determination of road asphalt rotating membrane heating (hereinafter referred to as RTFOT) after the quality loss, and according to the need to determine rotation membrane after heating, penetration of asphalt residues, viscosity, ductility and brittle point property changes, to evaluate asphalt aging performance.

1. The oven is mainly by the electrical control part, oven studio, a mechanical transmission device, room temperature is equipped with lighting, convenient observation indoor outdoor work.

2. With an air compressor in the oven, supply air required to test, measuring control, air flow meter on the panel into the oven preheat ventilation in the copper pipe, and the nozzle spray into the sample bottle of wheel.

3. Intelligent temperature control instrument with high precision, ensure that meet the requirements of test procedures, sample installed oven temperature to 163 ℃ in 10 minutes plus or minus 0.5 ℃.
