Nucleic acid protein detector/UV detector is a modern analytical laboratory instrument that is engaged in life science research, drug determination, agricultural scientific research, chemical engineering, food science, universities and medical institutions. The nucleic acid protein detector/UV detector series is an ultraviolet detection device for separating ultraviolet absorbing substances (proteins, nucleic acids, polypeptides, enzymes) from an automated liquid chromatography separation chromatography. The principle is based on the substance (sample) pair. Ultraviolet light has obvious absorption characteristics, so that the analysis of the content of the sample components can be performed in order to carry out the identification and detection of the sample protein and nucleic acid substances and the determination of the content. Optical density A can be directly read out, and the wavelength accuracy and repeatability is high, the monochromaticity is good, the relative peak surface value of each peak area can be directly recorded in the qualitative and quantitative analysis, and the relative amount of the mass can be calculated; Jiapeng collector, constant flow pump, partial collector, gradient mixer, and chromatography column constitute a complete set of automatic liquid chromatography separation and analysis device. Jiapeng can completely interface with GE Healthcare laboratory scale chromatography column. Compatible, it can be pre-separated in equipment systems such as AKTA without any connection, and it can meet the requirements of gel chromatography, affinity chromatography, ion exchange chromatography and other chromatographic analysis, with extremely high performance price ratio.
Nucleic acid protein detector/UV detector series products have a small sample cell for continuous detection function. During column chromatography separation and analysis, the eluent flows through Jiapeng sample cell, and the chromatogram acquisition apparatus can automatically draw the sample separation. The spectrum (absorption peaks or transmission peaks), at the same time, can detect the distribution of the desired sample in a part of the collector tube, and monitor the column chromatography process at any time, especially during the exploratory experiment, and change the elution conditions in time.
