equipped with filament protection, extend the service life of the filament to a great extent. Fuselage

 with twostage vacuum pump, the application scope can be from high pressure to ultra high vacuum, 

combination configuration according to customer's demand. Fast automatic calibration, including the 

background of calibration, calibration, ionization sensitivity calibration. Human task management 

function, the user can customize the Settings analysis task. The data output by using DDE and OPC, 

perfectly compatible with other software systems. Have a network interface, which can realize the 

remote control.
