In order to adapt to the environmental monitoring of water quality sample testing requirements of fast and efficient, and subsequent testing instrument, the new instrument company developed the COD microwave digestion instrument. 1) 8 samples at the same time resolution, high accuracy real-time determination of platinum resistance temperature sensor and control the reaction tank digestion temperature, temperature control accuracy for: 1 ℃ to 165 ℃; 
2) digestion reaction tank capacity is 100 ml, adopts excellent PTFE material and self-help airtight structure, sample no leakage, no loss in the process of digestion, ensure that use safety at the same time; 
3) microwave maximum output power: 1000 w, can be between 0-1000 - w during the operation of automatic adjust the heating power, with power with automatic temperature feedback control technology; 
4) digestion procedure can be set up 1 ~ 6 steps, each step can set temperature, time and maximum power; 
5) high brightness fluorescent screen can display resolution at the same time temperature rising curve and the digestion parameters, convenient for the operator to observe and control.
