XQ-2B Metallographic Sample Mounter

Introduction:

The XQ-2B metallographic sample mounter is a mechanical inlay machine. By rotating the outside handwheel of the machine body, a pair of bevel gears are used to drive the inner body screw rod, and the lower die of the pressed sample is moved up and down within the mold sleeve, and the mosaic material is heated The sample was embedded inside under pressure. The forming pressure in the inlaying process is automatically compensated by the spring in the body, and the pressure of the sample is indicated by the signal lamp.

Features:

1. Suitable for thermosetting inlays on exotic metallographic specimens that are not easily accessible.

2. The grinding and polishing operation can be conveniently carried out after the inserting and forming, and it is also advantageous for the determination of the microstructure under the metallographic microscope.
