Brief introduction:

UNIPOL - 802 automatic precision grinding and polishing machine is used for crystal, ceramic, metal, glass, stone, mineral lapping of the material such as sample preparation, is a scientific research, the most ideal grinding &polishing equipment production experiment. The machine set up Φ 203 mm of the polishing pads and two processing station, can be used for grinding and polishing Φ 80 mm or less flat. If configured with the appropriate attachments, but mass production of high quality surface polishing products.

Features:

1. The super flat pads (flatness per 25 mm x 25 mm less than 0.0025 mm).

2. The superfinishing axis (both tray jump is less than 0.01 mm).

3. Has two processing station.

4. The spindle adopts stepless speed regulation control method, and is equipped with digital display table real-time display of revolution.

5. Equipped with a timer, can accurately control the working hours (between 0-300 - h).

6. Optional automatic feeder or circulation pump, to make the polishing more convenient and quick.
