The jaw crusher offers outstanding technical performance and safety performance for fast, gentle coarse comminution and pre-grinding of medium-hard, hard, brittle and tough materials.
working principle
The comminuted sample enters the comminution chamber through an anti-backlash funnel. The comminution process takes place in a wedge-shaped hoistway space between two slabs; one of the slabs is fixed and the other slab is driven by an eccentric axle. The pulverized sample is crushed by the elliptical motion of the seesaw and is broken downward by gravity. When the sample particle size is smaller than the opening distance of the lower end of the raft, it falls into the collection device that can be pulled out at the lower end of the machine.
