Material used:
1. The laboratory adopts imported acid and alkali resistant high temperature and never aging PVC board with a thickness of 6m/m and a durable temperature of 80 °C.
2. The test chamber is sealed with a transparent acrylic impact plate and is 6m/m thick (pneumatic cylinder automatic switch).
3. The test supplementary bottle is observed with a hidden water level, which is easy to clean and not easy to break.
4. Saturated air tank adopts SUS#304 stainless steel high temperature resistant pressure barrel for good insulation effect.

Spray method:
1. The Bennott principle is used to absorb the brine and then atomize. The atomization degree is uniform and there is no obstruction crystallization. The standard of continuous testing can be ensured, which meets the requirements of ASTM, JIS, DIN, CNS and ISO.
2. Nozzle: Made of special glass nozzle, it can adjust the amount of spray and the angle of spray.

Heating system: It adopts water-proof heating method and is used according to CNS, JIS, and ASTM specifications.
