According to Soxhlet extraction principle fat content can be measured by gravimetry method,that is dissolve fat with organic solvent, separate fat from menstruum with extraction method,then oven dry,weigh and calculate the content of fat.It is an ideal equipment in foodstuff, oil and feed industries.
