Brief introduction

CTE101 optical high temperature thermal expansion instrument is a kind of non-contact material expansion and shrinkage performance testing apparatus, the non-contact displacement optical projection measurement technology, can realize the linear displacement and deformation under high temperature and even ultra high temperature (above 2500℃).

Features

1 using the optical projection method, the non contact measurement method, and the corresponding vacuum system, can achieve any temperature range and the material thermal expansion property of the material, can measure the melting point of most materials, and can measure the thermal expansion of the sample in the chemical reaction and the change process. Heating mode can be used as heating fluid, water bath, oil bath.

2 the use of the bound type vertical specimen installation method, to avoid the impact of thermal stress on the specimen position, ensure the reliability and accuracy of the test. The initial length of the sample is automatically measured and saved, and the linear thermal expansion coefficient is calculated.

3 the binding type vertical type specimen is installed, and the corresponding transparent container can be realized in the measurement of liquid, powder, paste and liquid phase change.

4 optical projection method has a very strong scalability, in addition to the measurement of linear displacement deformation, but also can be the opposite of the deformation and displacement measurement, the characteristics of the material can be achieved softening point, spherical, hemispherical and melting temperature and viscosity measurement, with the function of high temperature microscope. At the same time, the measurement of the large size sample can be achieved by the method of expanding the light beam.
