    Kjeldahl Auto Analyzer with autofeeder / autosample is our independent research and development, product with 100% independent intellectual property rights. It is based on the basic theory research and development of Kjeldahl method. It’s namely that sample digestion process is still using the traditional "Kjeldahl" heat, digestion method; The sample separation still heating, distillation and volatile under conventional alkalifying conditions; sample collection is still using a weak acid solution absorption, but the sample analysis process is accomplished under "standard curve". After long-term multi-sample comparison (different standard substances, samples in different industries, different content of the sample), analysis results with traditional methods but the same analytical precision 6 times higher than traditional methods, up to 0.05mg N. Therefore, the series of products are consistent with national and international standards which relevant to Kjeldahl nitrogen.

    This technology won a number of national patents and also passed the national scientific and technological achievements identification, appraisal, the conclusion is “Leading to the International Level". 

    This product also won the Golden Medal in 2011 which issued by the "China Association for Instrumental Analysis BCEIA", won the Innovation Silver Award in the 10th China International instruments and laboratory equipment exhibition ", it gained the fund in 2011 which issued by Ministry of Science and Innovation Fund Projects and technological achievements, it won the 2011 Shandong Province Science and Technology Progress Award 3, and etc.

    This series is an unattended and 100% automatic Kjeldahl Analyzer, 60 samples can be placed for analysis, and the whole process without care. The analyzer power is 200w, energy saving 80% than traditional instruments. 

    The whole process of analysis without tap water for cooling, water saving is 99% than traditional instruments. Samples of each reagent consumption is 60% less than traditional products, all accessories for the analyzer are market general-use ones, therefore it's easy for forming a complete set (42 Φ digestive tube).
