Introduction

SKD-3000 Automatic Kjeldahl Analyzer is designed primarily for Kjeldahl analysis, which is widely applied to the test of Protein/Nitrogen content in grain and oils, drink, fodder, pharmacy and residuals as well as the test of ammonium salt, volatile fatty acids or alkali in chemical products.

Features

Alarming system like the real-time monitoring of safety door, reagent levels, cooling water, water level and over-pressure is employed. Condenser water cut-off sample protection and high effeiciency condenser pipe has gained patent.

Real-time monitoring the distillation cup is operated.

Safety door is designed for user protection.

Touch sensitive color display, manual and auto operation models switchable and real-time tracking of the whole process are applied.

Double sensor monitorsin the steam generator eliminates the fault of heating anhydrously.

Intermittent alkali addition controls the exothermic reaction between alkali and acid during distillation and avoids the effusion of ammonia.

Variable distillation power ensures the recycling rate of the low concentration samples.

 Automatic addition of acid, alkali and diluents; distill, titrate(distrillation and titration happen at the same time), store, print and calculate automatically.

High-quality ABS shell will never rust and guarantee the ability of insulation and acid-alkali resistance.

Addition of all kinds of reagents is through liquid pump.

Distillation and titratioin are operated at the same time, which neutralizes the distilled ammonia and avoids the effusion of ammonia as well as the testing time.
