TCZ-1Y-B integrated explosion-proof zirconia oxygen analyzer

Brief introduction

In order to meet the requirements of safety and explosion protection in petrochemical industry, we developed a TCZ-1Y-B based on the TCZ-1Y type patent. The biggest advantage of this type is the two part of the converter and detector, which saves the connection between the two. The interference signal is reduced to minimum. Moreover, it is also adapted to the requirements of the automatic instrument panel cabinet and fully meet the requirements of safety.

Integration of flameproof zirconia oxygen analyzer in the probe structure and conversion circuit, selection of components and so on all had the very big enhancement, use explosion-proof instrument chassis in the structure, its internal also basic design arrangement according to the requirement of the explosion-proof instrument. Due to the integration of the instrument is installed on the furnace body and its surrounding environment temperature is higher, and its sealing structure, so the main integrated circuit adopts military level integrated circuit, the maximum temperature can reach 120 ℃, the minimum can reach to 20 ℃ temperature (machine), so as to guarantee the reliability of the instrument.
