Instrument Description
SparkCCD 6000 -type spark emission spectrometer using high-resolution linear array CCD (Charge-coupled Device) as a detector , to achieve full spectrum scanning , can be widely applied to a variety of full- elemental composition of the base metal samples. Its advantages are no longer subject to space limitations photomultiplier tube arrangement , which could be increased elemental analysis , no additional hardware , easy maintenance . Excitation light source for excitation energy , the frequency is continuously adjustable digital solid-state light source , adapt to a variety of different materials , in situ single discharge capture technology to effectively improve the accuracy of analysis , USB capture, more versatile .
