1.Since the elements of chlorine (Cl) fluorescence photons of lower energy 

( 2.6KeV ) , air interested fluorescence photons generated more serious 

absorption effect , thereby reduce the fluorescence intensity , and a significant reduction in 

measurement accuracy .

2.air an inert gas element argon (Ar) interference generated by the elements of a chlorine (Cl) , will 

produce more significant negative impact on the

measurement accuracy .
