Brief description:

 ABC Power Cable has an Aluminum Alloy conductor with a XLPE sheath. ABC Power Cable usually has 3 cores plus neutral, the neutral can either be bare  or insulated and the cable can have a street light  of 25mm². 

 ABC Power Cable is available in 600/1000V,  635/11kV or  12,7/22kV.  We stock 1 core, 2 core and 3 core Aluminum Alloy cable Aerial Bunched Kabel .

Application:

 To be used at cotages of 600V phasetophase or  less and at  conductor  temperatures not to  exceed 75oC for polyethylene insulated conductors or 90oC for crossliked polyethylene(XLPE) insulated conductors.

 Aerial Bundled  ABC  cable is used for overhead power transmission and distribution lines with the voltage from 1KV-35KV.Also can be installed in the street with dense trees close to the building site of urban construction.

Construction:

 1.Stranded Aluminum/Aluminum Alloy conductor

 2.PE or XLPE insulation

 3.ACSR, AAAC,Galvanised steel wire Messenger wire3 power cores consisting of standard alumi     nium conductors, insulated with XLPE insulation

    + One sheath lighting aluminium conductor with XLPE insulation(optional)
    + One messenger Al-alloy conductor (bare or covered)
    The purpose of messenger wire is
   A) It acts as load bearing wire.
   B) It acts as earth or neutral conductor

    Or IEC502,227,NF C 33-209 and other international standards

Working conditions of aerial insulation power cable

  1)Rated voltage:1kv 10kv 35KV

  2)The tallest work temperatuie of the cable conductor

     XLPE insulation cable temperature  +90°C

     HDPE insulation cable temperature  +75

  3)During having a short a short (lasting less than 5 seconds)

     The maximum temperature

     XLPE insullsted cables is temperature + 250

     HdPE insulsted cables is temperature  +150

  4)During the cable lying the ambient temperature must be above temperature +20

  5)Bending radius allowance of the cable

   A)1kv aerial insulation power cable

     It should be no less than 4D for cable with outer diameter less than 25mm

     It should be no less than 6D for cable with outer diameter more than 25mm  

   B)10kv aerial insulation power cable

     Single core cable20(D+d )±5%mm
