Product Description Of 50mm2 Rubber 2.5mm electric cable wire 10mm

This product is suitable for AC rated voltage 450/750 V and below voltage. It is often used as copper core rubber insulated flexible cable in home appliances, power tools, and all kinds of movable electric equipment. The long-term allowable working temperature of cable shall not exceed 60 ℃.

2.50mm2 Rubber 2.5mm electric cable wire 10mm Models and name:

YZ, YZW types are medium-sized rubber flexible cables. They are used for all kinds of movable electrical equipment and tools.

YC, YCW types are heavy duty rubber soft cables. They are used for various kinds of movable electrical equipment, and can bear heavier machine force.

* Cables are derived from 'W' type cable, possess ability of climate and oil resistance, and is suitable for outdoor use or oil pollution applications.

3. Application:

These cables are designed for the connection of mobile equipment and machines under very high mechanical loads in dry and damp areas, outdoors and in explosion hazard areas, particularly in mining and industry, quarries and building sites.

Application:

This product is applicable to power lines with rated voltage of 1kV and below and 3KV and below.Suitable for laying in hotels, stations, chemical industry, oil platforms, mines, power stations, subways, tunnels, high-rise buildings, etc.

1. Long term working temperature for the cable with PVC insulated is 70℃;
Long term working temperature for the cable with XLPE insulated is 90℃
2. Short circuit temperature
For PVC insulated cable ,the highest conductor temperature is not more than160℃. (lasting time not over 5 seconds).
For XLPE insulated cable ,the highest conductor temperature is not more than250℃. (Lasting time is not over 5 seconds).
3. Laying temperature not less than 0℃ and the drop height is out of consideration.
4. The cable with chemical stability, anti- acid, anti-alkali, anti-oil, anti-organic solvent, not easy to be burning.
5. Easy for installation, easy bending and light.
