Product description of the Portable Milking Machine:

The design of milking machine imitates the movement which the calf is nursed, the vacuum  provides the power for the milking machine, the milk cup group is the instrument which completes milking directly.

The tubbish space between the milk cup sheath is called inter mural chamber, which is controlled by the connection of the short pulse tube and the pulsation.

Milking stage: In the seal vacuum system, the pressure of the milk cup inner sheath is equal to the inter mural chamber’s,which makes the inner sheath of milk cup open, when inter mural chamber is at the vacuum state, thus nipple cup draws out milk. 

The rest stage: In the seal vacuum system, when the air enters the interspersed chamber, it will be a pressure difference between the milk cup inner sheath and the inter mural chamber, the milk cup inner sheath is closed, the milk flows stopped, it is the rest stage.

Normally, when the order value is below USD10,000, we accept the payment by T/T or Western Union or Cash, L/C will be accepted when the order value is over USD10,000. For T/T, the customer can choose 100% in advance or 30% in advance, and pay the 70% balance before shipment.

*Date of delivery?

We will arrange the production and shipment as soon as possible when we received the deposit, and update the information with the customer on line.

*Suitablity of motor?

As there are many volatage standards in different countries in the world, so the original motor equipped on the machine would not suitable to be used with the customer's local power supply, when this situation happend, please send us your exact information of the power supply available, then we can modify the motor accordingly.

For most of the machines, the quality is guaranteed for one year since the date of shipment expet wearing parts, we supply the on-line service for all the machines, and also supply the spare parts all the time with cost price, for some complicated machine or plant, we can send our engineer overseas too.
