The machine wholly adopts SUS304 stainless steel, it’s very easy to clean, meet for HACCP healthy demands.

Features:

2. Key parts all made by the Numerical Control Center, which guarantees the accuracy. SKF bearing, more sealing design which prolongs the machine’s service life.

3. Six pieces knives (imported material), variable cutting speed 4000/3000/1500/500rpm, max speed of knifepoint: 114m/s.

4. Knife could cut both forward and reverse motion. Knife shaft brake is optional.

5. Knife-locker, knife shaft could be locked when you need to install or dismantle. It makes sure the knives will not damage workers.

6. Temperature Sensor located in the cutting chamber.

7. Hydraulic control to open cover, lifting, output.

8. The height from the bowl edge to the ground is very low, which makes material feed-in easy and convenience.

9. Distance between knife and bowl is adjustable, minimum distance is 0.5mm.
