1. VACUUM BOWL CUTTER can be used under the vacuum condition in raw meat for

high-speed cutting, mixing and emulsifying. It prevents the raw meat of myoglobin, fat and other

nutrients to be oxidized damage. Meanwhile, it can keep the original color, flavor and taste and a

variety of nutrients in the maximum degree.The meat,starch,water,oil can reach a high degree of

integration via high speed cutting process in the vacuum condition. Moreover, it can keep the good

emulsification effect so as to improve the fine density and taste of products.Meanwhile,it can improve

2.1 It adopts 304 Stainless Steel, and the blade is made of advanced and imported material 9Cr18,which use the unique technology to do the special production process.

2.2  The tip linear speed can reach 25 meter per second for Vacuum bowl cutter ZKZB330,and the the smallest distance between point of knife and bottom of bowl can be adjusted to 1.5mm.

2.3 It adopts SKF bearing,which use the unique sealing mode and improve the using life of bearing.
