what is a tube heating furnace?

 Tubular heating furnace is used in petroleum refining, petrochemical and chemical industry, chemical fiber industry process heating furnace, it has a number of characteristics that other industrial furnaces do not have. Its basic characteristics: with a firebox surrounded by refractories, the use of heat generated by the combustion of fuel to heat the material of a device.

Tube heating furnace structure: it is generally composed of radiation chamber, convection chamber, waste heat recovery system, burner and ventilation system.

(1) The radiation chamber is a part of the radiation heat transfer through flame or high-temperature flue gas, which is the main place for heat exchange. Most of the heat load of the whole furnace (70-80%) is borne by it, and the temperature is the highest.

(2) Convection chamber: convective heat transfer is carried out by the flue gas from the radiation chamber, but there is also some radiation heat transfer. It is generally arranged above the radiation chamber, convection chamber generally bears 20-30% of the furnace heat load.

(3) the waste heat recovery system is to recover the residual heat from the flue gas from the convection chamber. There are two kinds of recovery methods: one is "air preheating mode"; the other is "waste heat boiler" mode. The flue gas recovery system is placed on the upper part of the convection chamber, but also on the ground alone.

(4) burner: fuel combustion produces heat, which is an important part of the furnace.

(5) Ventilation system: the system of introducing air for combustion into the burner and drawing exhaust gas out of the furnace, which is divided into natural ventilation and forced ventilation.
