Principle of the spiral type juicing machine:

This machine is composed of feeding hopper, crushing device, screw device, support device, filtering screen, juicing container and fruit residue discharging spout, etc. There is the crushing device on the feeding hopper, the crushing device will crush the fruit into 2-3mm by blades, and then the crushed fruit will enter the juicing system directly, which will improve the juicing capacity highly. It can be matched a crusher on upper part, and crush fruits or vegetable first, then press juice out, remove the residues automatically.

When the raw materials are added into the material feeding hopper, they receive pressure under the boosting of the spiraland the extracted juices will flow into the juice container through the filter screen, and the waste materials will be discharged through the ring interval formed between the spiral and the pressure adjusting taper part.

The movement towards the axial direction by the pressure adjusting head can adjust the size of interval so as to adjust the juice extracting rate.
