It is of semi closed loop vertical machining center with X, Y, Z axis controlled by servo motor directly. 

The three axis are all the steel ball rolling linear guide rail which is large load capacity, wide span and high precision. 

It can finish clamping one-time of various dishes, plates, shell, cam, mold and other complex parts. It can complete the drilling, milling, boring, reaming, expansion, and other rigid tapping process.

⑴ Base, sliding block, working bench, vertical column , spindle box and other main basic parts adopt HT250 cast iron; base is box type structure with symmetric compact and reasonable structure.

⑵ The guide rail of X, Z, Y axis are use Taiwan HIWIN company's heavy load linear ball guide, has the advantages of fast speed, Eliminate intermittent creep, high rigidity, low friction, low noise , low temperature rise and so on.

⑶ Z axis matched with counterweight to keep balance, which ensure the spindle box running smoothly and stable; Z axis drive motor matched with electric brake device

⑷ The feed of X, Y, Z direction adopts the inner loop preloading large-lead ballscrew with double nut so it is of high feed speed. The drive motor connect with screw straightly via elastic coupling.

⑸ Spindle is of central blowing structure. When the spindle releases tool , the high pressure gas is used to clean the main shaft, so ensure the precision and service life of the tool .

⑹ The machine tool external protection of machine tool uses the full protection structure. It is convenient operation, safe and reliable, and nice shape.
