Main Features

⑴ Base, sliding block, working bench, vertical column , spindle box and other main basic parts adopt HT300 cast iron; base is box type structure with symmetric compact and reasonable structure which ensures the basic parts of the high rigidity and bending resistance performance.

⑵ The guide rail of X, Z, Y axis are use Taiwan HIWIN company's heavy load 45# linear ball guide, has the advantages of fast speed, Eliminate intermittent creep, high rigidity, low friction, low noise , low temperature rise and so on.

(3) The feed of X, Y, Z direction adopts the inner loop preloading large-lead ballscrew with double nut so it is of high feed speed. The drive motor connect with screw straightly via elastic coupling.

(4) Guide rail and ball screw of X, Y, Z direction are all use protection device to ensure that the screw and the guide is clean and the accuracy and life of machine tool's transmission and movement.

(5) The machine tool external protection of machine tool uses the full protection structure. It is convenient operation, safe and reliable, and nice shape.
