Figure 602 Hammer Union Used as Non-pressure Seal Union

Figure 602 hammer union is designed of replaceable lip-type seal ring, which can provide primary seal, protect secondary metal-to-metal seal and minimize flow turbulence. It is recommended for manifold line connection. It is suitable for air, water, oil or gas of 6000 psi cold working pressure. It is also used for sour gas. Its test pressure is 9000 psi. It is smaller and lighter than figure 600 hammer union. It is available with threaded and butt weld. Besides, figure 602 hammer unions are made from different materials, making them meet the requirements of various applications.
