Application:

The rotary/drilling/cementing hose is used in drilling, cementing, work over services, bore hole operation, and as flexible connection between standpipe and swivel, or between pump and standpipe and for the adjustment of installation variance between the drilling pump line and the riser to connect and isolate vibration. It is suitable for delivering large quantity of water-based or oil-based mud pumped out of rotary drilling equipment at high pressure, with the min. aniline point at 66°C. Moreover, it resists to corrosion of hydrogen sulphide and can deliver water, oil, mud and other high-pressure media in borehole operation in the oil field.

Structure:

Inner layer: Polymer NBR OR FLURO ELASTOMER (ACCORDING TO REQUIREMENT)

Reinforcement layer: multiple layers of single high strength steel wire spiralled

Middle layer: HIGH polymer SBR. Cover Co polymer, CR (Chloroprene rubber)

Operating Temperature :- 40" ~ 100°, or upon customers' request.

Fitting: LP, (Integral) union & flange. Swaged coupling. Special end fittings are available upon customers' request.

Standard :- API Spec 7K.
