In the 21st century, people spend too much time in front of the computer and TV, resulting in poor postures. This leads to many people’s cervical spinal getting hard, and finally causing neck problems. To relieve neck pain and relax the neck muscle, we designed a new proprietary product, the Magic Neck Support. 

Here we’d like to introduce this product in following 3 chapters:

Chaptet 1: let me introduce the product structure first.

Your magic neck support comes with a cushioned cover for both the neck pad and head pad. To attach, simply slot the cushions into their respective slots as shown here. To adjust the height of the neck and head pads, you can depress the clips as shown here. Just depress the clips here and you can adjust the height. As simple as ABC.

For head pad, there are level A, B, C and D settings.

Level A - It is the starting Position, providing the least amount of stretching for beginners

Level D - It provides maximum stretch. Please note: most users do not need to reach this level.

You can adjust setting to B and C, depending on the level of comfort.

For neck pad, there are level 1, 2, 3 and 4 settings.

Level 4 - It is the starting Position, providing the least amount of stretching for beginners

Level 1 - It provides maximum stretch. Please note: most users do not need to reach this level

Chapter 2, let me show you how to use the product:

Remember: Begin your magic neck support program in the “Starting Position.”

1. Lower the neck pad to the lowest position, which is the #4 setting on both the right and left sides, by lifting up on the levers. Make sure that both sides are in position 4. Raise the head pad to its highest position, which is done by inserting the protrusion into Slot A . Use your hand to apply pressure to the top or both the head pad and neck pad to make certain that they are securely set and don’t slide when pressure is applied.
2. Now, place the magic neck support device behind you on the floor, treatment table or comfortable supporting surface. Slowly lower yourself so your head makes contact with the head cup and your neck contacts the neck pad, such that the foam padded support is in the middle of your neck.

Relax as much as possible. Five minutes is recommended, but if you begin to become uncomfortable, stop immediately, and over time, try to work your way up to five minutes. You can choose (based upon comfort) to progress per the steps out-lined on Pages 5 of the manual to find your optimum starting position. Strive to find a level which is comfortable but also provides a slight stretch. As you become acclimated to your magic neck support, you can extend your stretching time up to 10 minutes.

1. Once done, sit up and rest a few minutes before standing up.

As each level becomes comfortable, you may advance to the next step, as outlined on the progressions on Pages 5 of the manual. Never skip a step. 

You may also wish to raise your arms slowly over your head or out to the side to enhance the stretching of neck and shoulder muscles.

Chapter 3, Attention:

1. Always use the magic neck support on a level, non-slip surface. A secured mat, rug or carpet should be used.
2. Regardless of your physical condition, begin at the Starting Position and increase the levels until you begin to feel a comfortable stretch.
3. Perform a five-minute stretch per session in your desired position. Two sessions a day are recommended.
4. One or the keys to a good tension-relieving stretch is relaxation. Take a deep breath, exhale gently, and let your body weight work together with gravity. You will achieve a greater stretch and arrive at a more relaxed state sooner. Relax as much as possible when using your magic neck support. It will become easier to do with regular use.
