Packing:

1. Using the thickened cartons; 

2. Thick foam board and buffer air bags are used inside of the carton to protect the instrument.

3. Using the wooden cases made by the plywood outside the carton to further protect the instruments;

4. After the product is packaged, we will carry out the package drop test to further ensure the safety of the instrument for long distance transportation.

1.Free provide spare parts.

2.Send engineer to maintain (User pay the round-trip tickets).

3.Send back to maintain (Both sides share the half freight).

Beyond One Year:

1.Should breakdown result from misuse or out of warranty, two sides negotiate the site & method of maintenance. Buyer pays the expense.

2.Consumable spare parts and articles etc. are not guaranteed.

Q1: Do you provide the sample testing free ?

       Yes. According to the sample you send us, we recommend an appropriate instrument for you. Test your sample freely by the appropriate instrument and send you our test report.

Q2: What is a minimum order ?

      One set instrument.

Q3: How should I pay ?

     We accept T/T in advance payment before shipment. If you want to pay by other terms, we can negotiate with each other.

Q4: Can I become an exclusive distributor of Bettersize Instruments in my area ?

     Yes. We welcome you to join our Bettersize.

Q5: What about product pricing and specifications ?

      Because we have many different models of particle size analyzers , please tell us the powder name you want to test. Then we will recommend the most suitable instrument for you, and then we will send you our quotation and technical parameter.

Q6: As a zero-basis starter, I am afraid that I can not master the operation method, and some misoperation will cause some problems of the instruments.
