Characteristic: Single-component transparent fast drying primer, used to promote adhesion of paint system to plastic parts.
Substrates | Plastic parts, such as PP, PA, PE. |
Surface Cleaning | Remove wax, silicon and other contaminations with degreaser, sanding with |
Coating | 2 coats, total 4-5um |
Re-coat | At 25°C, 5-10 minutes between two coats. |
Spray Gun Set Up | Gravity Feed: 1.2-1.5mm 4-5kg/cm 2 |
Spray | Coats&Thickness: 2-3 coats, total 4-5um. |
Shelf Life | 2 years in original sealed can, cool and dry place at 20℃. |
Package | 1L×12 |
Note:
1. The products are ready for use.
2. It is recommended not to spray thickly to avoild peeling off.
3. Test is recommended before application due to the variety of plastic parts.
