Characteristic:BM1K Silver Color with excellent leveling property,easy construction,excellent adhesion power and coveraging power,can match all kinds of solid colors, metallic and pearl effect. Mainly applies to intermediate cars, MPV and bus.

Substrates			Well-Sanded, Completely dried and good existing finishes as bellow: A original paint B. Old paint firm C. 1K or2k primer
Surface Cleaning			Wash by warm soap, remove wax, silicon and other contaminations with degreaser, sanding with P800-P1000, wash with clean water then keep dry; again with degreaser.

15-30℃	BM1K Silver Color	BYTX-2 Standard Thinner
＞30℃	BM1K Silver Color	BYTX-3 Slow Thinner
Spray Viscosity			14-16s to drop off, in 4# viscosity cup at 25°C,
ReTreatment			After spray, allow 10-20 minutes air-drying time,then spray clear coat at once.
Spray Gun Set Up			Gravity Feed: 1.2-1.5mm 3-5kg/cm 2 Suction Feed: 1.4-1.6mm 3-5kg/cm 2
Spray Technology			Coats&Thickness: 2-3 coats, total 15-20um. Flash-Off Time: At 25°C, 5-10 minutes between two coats, it depends on temperature and paint film.
Shelf Life			2 years in original sealed can, cool and dry place at 25℃.
Package			1L×12 or 3.75L×4

Note:
1. The substrate must be cleaned and sanded before spray, wet sanding P800-1000 and then dry.
2. At ambient temperature higher than 30℃, add appropriate Retarder Solvent into thinner to
avoid blushing. For more details, please refer to technical data sheet of Retarder Solvent.
3. To avolid problems of mottling or poor adhesion, the metallic paint film should be 15-25um.
