The oil outlet valve and the oil outlet seat are also a pair of precision pairs, which can not be interchanged after paired grinding, and the matching clearance is 0.01mm. The oil outlet valve is a one-way valve. Under the action of the spring pressure, the conical surface of the valve is tightly matched with the valve seat. Its function is to isolate the high pressure oil pipe from the upper end cavity of the plunger when stopping the supply, so as to prevent the oil in the high-pressure oil pipe from flowing into the fuel injection pump. The lower part of the oil outlet valve is cross section, which can both guide and pass through the diesel. There is a small cylindrical surface under the cone of the oil outlet valve, which is called the decompression belt. Its function is to make the oil pressure in the high pressure oil pipe drop rapidly at the end of the oil supply, so as to avoid the phenomenon of dropping oil at the nozzle hole. When the belt falls into the seat, the upper volume increases rapidly, and the pressure is rapidly reduced and the spray is stopped quickly.
