Function and application

1.It is used for automatic making gauze roll of 2 ply,4py. 

2.It works in the first process of gauze compress manufacturing,which loading the jumbo gauze roll and then cutting the large width of readymade absorbent gauze roll into required width,the width rangefrom 20 mm to 90cm. 

3. Rolling and cutting automatically.It automatically rewinds the gauze rolls into required length.

1. Frame Structure: frame with thick steel plate has a good balance and the machine works smoothly at high speed.

2. Rotating device: Rewinding device with magnetic tension control system makes the machine easy operate.

3. Equipped with feeding device, magnetic tension control system and automatic correction device.

4. Cutting Device: space between each other can be adjusted.

5. Main Motor is equipped with speed control system, and the worker can adjust its working speed freely.

6.equipped with electric calibration device, the processing accuracy is in a high level.
