WBZ300 stabilized soil mixing plant production line main control system:

1. Batching supply system: divided hopper, speed variable frequency measurement belt conveyor, belt conveyer.

2. Cement material supply system: Cement silo (cement bucket), speed variable frequency measurement impeller feeding machine, spiral electronic weighing conveyor.

3. Automatic water supply system: pressure tank, submersible pump, pipe, pressure reducing valve, water flow meter, water spraying device.

4. Stirring system: Motor reducer, double horizontal shaft continuous type without liner mixer.

5. Storage Silo Device system: Double discharging storage silo, oblique belt machine, air compressor.

6. Electrical system: Operation control Cabinet, Operation room.

7. Metering and control system: the use of Taiwan's host of Swiss supporting electronic sensors, frequency conversion speed, PCC Control (manual) (automatic) two forms.
