        Self-loaded concrete mixer operators use a hopper to mix the concrete (i.e. cement, stone, etc.) in batches and into the rollers. Drums are usually reversible, italic, or combination of the two. The predetermined amount of water is discharged to the rollers through the water distribution unit. The mixture rotates at a mixing speed within the barrel until the concrete is discharged through the mounting chute.
