Cement silo house

The cement silo, also called cement silo house, is desighed to cylindrical structure, and the bottom is supported by four round pipe supporting legs, the whole warehouse is all welded by steel structure, and the top is equipped with dust remover and pressure relief valve.

Cement silo is an important storage equipment for cement silo and other related materials. Its working principles are as follows:

1, After fixed, bulk cement silo can be delivery to the site by the cement truck, then connect delivery pipe with the feed pipeline of cement silo (cement tank). Afterward, use the gas pressure of the bulk cement tank car and transport cement to the cement silo (cement tank).

2, In the process of transporting cement storage silo, operator should continuous press the dust catcher vibration motor button, shake off the dust bag attached to the cement to preventing block bag and warehouse explosio.

3, Observe the warehouse full and lack of material through the high and low level device.

4, when you need to release cement, first open the bottom of the cone of manual unloading valve, and then through the cement conveying device to convey cement. In the process of discharging, if the phenomenon of "arching" occurs, press the button of the electromagnetic valve of the broken arch in time to blow air, and the "arching" is eliminated and continously send the material, so as to ensure the smooth supply of cement.
