Automatic control cement silo is being used more and more universal. The main structure description are listed as follows:

1.      Screw conveyor

Cement silo is equipped with screw conveyor. Through the use of screw conveyor, the bulk material can be quickly delivered to the hopper, time-saving and labor-saving and convenient. 

2.      Broken arch equipment

When the cement silo is in operation process, damp material accumulation phenomenon is inevitable sometimes, once excessive accumulation phenomenon occurs, it will be agglutinate. It could blog the discharge port and affect the operations, through hole equipment can easily get rid of material accumulation, which is the superiority of cement silo automation.

3.      Level gage

Level gage can shows the number of the remote transmission, can know the storage material conditions without stand near. It automatically control over feeding, feeding, simplify the operation process of cement silo.

     4. Pressure safety valve

For safety's sake, pressure relief valve is necessical to be installed at the top of cement silo. When the silo pressure is too large, pressure safety valve can be automatically opened to alleviate the pressure in the cement silo, which can help prevent explosion. In addition, when the pressure in the silo is reduced to a certain extent, the pressure relief valve can be automatically closed to ensure the normal working pressure in the warehouse.
