Single-shaft Shredder (RS3080)

RS Single-shaft Shredder is one of the most versatile and widely used crushers. Material can be fed directly with dosing. In most applications, it can operate without an additional feeding system. High-volume hopper of alternative structure and hydraulically driven ram effectively prevent material from running and wandering about, thus ensures low noise level, high efficiency and speed shredding. The intelligent design in low speed rotor and adjustable blade-mounts makes the shredding process extremely easy for material in shapes of bundle, strip, scroll, and entanglement.

Design

A. Material can be directly fed from high-volume hopper
B. Hydraulically driven ram drives material towards rotor
C. Rotary cutter tears material up, and with stationary cutters performs interactive shredding
D. Screen with multiple options of mesh diameters, ensuring product size up to customer’s requirement
