ZRS-8G Dissolution Tester

Dissolution testing is one of the most important tests on tablets, capsules, pellets and other solid dosage forms, and has been widely carried out by the pharmaceutical industries for the quality control and R&D of pharmaceuticals.
ZRS-8G Dissolution Tester offers six shaft-positions and twelve vessel-positions. Six of the twelve vessels correspond to the six shafts in one line directly in front of the user. This means easy access and accurate sample probe positioning for the user. Six additional vessels not only may be used for holding the reference standard and/or blank media during a test run, but also may be used for the close next test-run with time-saving. The tester head at the top can be manually lifted up for easily changing the paddles and vessels. The microprocessor-based tester allows the temperature, rotation speed, and sampling intervals etc. to be predetermined and stored. Testing will automatically proceed based on the predetermined test parameters. However, during testing process, test parameters input is allowed without any interruptions to the proceeding testing. Temperature and the rotation speed are displayed on the LED displays in real time. 
The flow-through heating-circulator system not only has the water bath warmed up rapidly and evenly, but also provides precise temperature control.
