Main Clinic Applications
Endo-venous Laser Treatment(ELT), is an alternative to surgical stripping of certain underlying veins that are the source of surface varicose veins. Endo-venous Laser Treatment is done in-office under local anesthesia. It works by heating the inside of the vein, which causes it to seal shut and disappear. 
The SurgiLas diode laser system is ideal for vascular, excellent for treating superficial reflux of the great saphenous veins, vascular lesions, and many other applications. SurgiLas virtually eliminates collateral tissue damage and maintains a controlled depth of laser penetration, resulting in minimized patient discomfort and recovery time. 

ENT
Operating at a wavelength of 810nm/980nm in the near infra-red portion, the SurgiLas laser provide good haemostasis effect and bloodless operating due to high absorption in melanin and haemoglobin, even in high vascular areas such as nasal polyps. 

SurgiLas laser can be used in two ways: By using the fiber in a so called ‘ Contact′ Mode with the tissue for incision, excision, vaporization or coagulation of tissue that generates a narrow zone of coagulation or in a so called ‘ Non-contact′ Mode coagulation of 1-3mm.
