Production Process

Preparing Material, Moulding, Forming Blank,?
Hardening Blank to End Product Packing.

(1) Preparing Material.

Matching raw materials and put them into mixer, mix them even with water

(2) Moulding

Pour the mixture into mould and pre-curing the mixture under certain
temperature until the mixture has certain hardness.

(3) Forming Blank

a. Turn the solid with mould
b. Unload the mould but mould bottom remained.(then the mould turns back)
c. Cut the solid into blank

(4) Hardening Blank to End Product

a. Hang the blank and bottom onto the hardening car by semi-production hanger.
b. Pull the hardening car into autoclave and harden the blank to brick under high temperature.

(5) Packing

a. Hang the end products to be stacked or loaded and packed.
b. The mould bottom returned and re-from with the mould (in step (3)) preparing for next circulation.

5. AAC panel making machine service

1. Production Line Design.
Including: drawing of plant working process, drawings of land construction, drawings of power?
working, drawings of driving force for working, drawings of anti-dust, drawings of water supply
and drainage, and drawing of air pipeline construction.

2. Technical Guidance of Building Factory
Including: consultation of facility, Equipment installation guide, constitution the production preparation, etc.

3. Providing the technical information of setting up factory
Including: part of the factory management system, all posts accountability of production line, process rules,
safety rules, setting a quota of staff and posts, pre-production tools directory, laboratory instruments,?
product catalogs, and test methods.
